Requisites:

– Any graduate with minimum 3 years including 2 years as a Voice and Accent Trainer in a reputed organization.

– Experience as a Team Leader for US Process would be another advantage

– Experience with BPO/ITES is preferred.

– Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

– Must be detail oriented, abundant patience

– Good Leadership and people management skills are required.

– Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

– Willing to work in night shifts.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct detailed Voice & Accent and culture training (US clients) while keeping trainees alert and motivated

– Handling end to end activities in Voice Training & support in KM activities

– Work in collaboration with Operations to identify training needs and can work towards betterment of process.

– Develop Training material in the form of manuals and modules

– Provide Voice support for Hiring of voice resources.

– Monitor Voice calls and give proper feedback.
– Completion of Projects within the allotted deadlines

– Prepare and implement CST program and ongoing Voice training activities across calling processes.

– Must have experience in Voice Training role with direct responsibility.

– Aligning Training initiatives with business objectives to facilitate achievement of immediate and long term employee development objectives.

– Completion of Projects within the allotted deadlines

– Review & recommend improvement of training content on a quarterly basis

Interview Timings:- 06:30pm to 09:30pm
