job offer by Unique shanti developers – legal executiveMira road 1) Designation: Legal Executive (URGENT)Minimum experience of 3 years.Qualification: UG -LLB Law / PG – LLM – LawSalary Rs. 30,000 and above (as per experience) Command over all aspects of legal matters related to real estate in particular drafting agreements & in litigation legal matters.Drafting & vetting of various legal documentsTo co-ordinate clearances from various government bodies.Representing in the court of law and coordinating with the management, if so required.Well acquainted with Real Estate Central/State laws and regulations.Must be familiar with all practices and procedures pertaining to purchases, sales, lease / license, apartment ownership, stamp duty / registration, municipal / development rules & regulations, contracts, labour, fiscal / taxation for IT / SEZ / Malls, etc.Knowledge of RERA. Knowledge of Environment Clearance procedures.
