1. Design & Development
a. Perform Modeler cum coordinator role for ASMEPF Modeling services
b. Soft skills requirements include Presentation skills, Verbal & Written communication skills,
Planning skills, Problem Solving, and Decision-making skills etc.
c. Coordinate with Consultant/Front End Team on gathering inputs and requirements for
ASMEPF Modeling, Prepare man-hour Estimation.
d. Preparing list of detailed deliverables like Project schedule, Drawing List, Quantity etc.,
e. Coordinate with Design team & Consultant team for space Management
f. Preparation of Concept Model to as built Model in coordination with other service modelers
and team lead.
g. Presenting the model to Consultant/Front end team and other project stakeholders.
h. Coordinate with BIM modeler & Drafter and designer engineers for the preparation of Detail
design documents including Drawings, BOQ, etc.
2. Learning, Mentoring & Development
a. Continuous learning on new techniques in BIM process and Platforms.
b. Manage & Develop the Team of ASMEPF Modelers.
c. Assess the skills of Self & Team members, competencies, certifications, and the staffing level
needs
d. Review the Learning & development desires of Self & Other ASMEPF Modelers, Trainee
Engineers and map the training requirements
e. Obtain & Ensure the reinforcement of new knowledge and skills requirement on the job.
3. Organizational Knowledge Development & Management
a. Develop Training material specific to ASMEPF BIM services.
b. Maintain the professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks; participating in
professional society activities
c. Develop BIM standards/documents for ASMEPF services
d. Building & manage organizational knowledge through transfer relevant knowledge from
Customer, suppliers, Partners, and collaborators.
e. Assemble and transfer relevant knowledge for use in Innovation and strategic planning
process.
4. Job Planning & Delivery
a. Plan the projects & Deliverable
b. Execute the Plan, and Ensure on-time delivery.
