Your Essential Responsibilities
Work with hiring managers and HR leaders to define hiring needs as well as develop and implement cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that yield excellent hires.
Drive candidate search activities; determine sourcing methodology & tools; selection and management of search firm (when applicable), ensuring search focus is maintained.
Manage end-to-end recruiting process, including kickoff, posting, sourcing & pre-screen candidates, report, structure interviews and offer.
Serve as a consultant and business partner, providing communication on recruitment activity, information on market trends, advising best hiring practices and insights on key metrics.
Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.
Build an executive talent pool for current and projected high priority openings.
Qualifications
If you are:
At least 6years in recruiting within a IT Co. Prior experience handling senior level recruitment would be preferred.
Experience in conducting searches using a variety of channels including direct sourcing, social networking, internet tools, search firms and other creative search approach, as well as all Microsoft Office Applications.
Self-motivated and result-oriented. Proactive problem solver and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required.
Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.
Bachelors degree and above.
