• Must be from niche colleges like – IIM, XLRI, Symbiosis, etc. Premier Institute experience is a must.

• Must carry strategic expertise in executing corporate goals and build a stronger brand image.

• Conceptualize strategies to retain existing new customers and acquire new customers.

• Must have a creative mind and an eye for details.

• MUST CARRY AN EXPERIENCE OF WORKING FROM THE AGENCY END, FOR NOT LESS THAN FIVE YEARS AND FROM THE CLIENT END FOR NOT LESS THAN EIGHT TO TEN YEARS.

• Not less than 9 – 14 years of RELEVANT experience.

• Must be exposed to offline and digital marketing.

• Has to be from a RETAIL DOMAIN only. Preferably with a corporate exposure from the jewellery domain, however not a compulsion.

• Shall be leading the offline marketing and branding activities for the group.

• Includes direct interface with the leadership.

• Strategize & Execute short term and long term marekting objectives for the over all brand and individual stores.

• Take proactive steps to identify/create opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement & retention.

• Innovative & Efficient use Marketing mediums (ATL / BTL & online).

• Frequent on ground research to identify and develop value-adding insights for the brand.

• Sole representative for the advertising agency. Responsible for ensuring the agency has a clear understanding of the companies sales & marketing objectives.

• Responsible for ensuring every marekting creative adheres to the brand awareness and brand personality.

• Creating offline and online marketing campaigns & conceptualising creative ideas based on the retail calendar along side the agency.

• Plan, Execute & Monitor digital campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).

• Frequently monitor and Analyse CRM, Sales & Marketing data.

• Coordination with merchandising and sales team in preparation of yearly marketing calendar.

• Maintain close links with other parts of the organisation to ensure the marketing strategy & objects are being executed & achieved.

• Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills with ability to manage a team.
