• To organize social events for branding and marketing of hotels at the mass level.
• Plan and execute online marketing calendar as per market research.
• Understands the overall market – competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply, demand and accordingly implement the required changes in branding.
• Plan and execute press releases, press conferences, press briefings, press tours, and overall press relations and events.
• Communicate with other Units and GM to create and execute effective online advertising and branding on rooms, F&B, and Spa.
• Measure the ROI of online marketing spends.
• Managing the website’s content and the placement strategy and managing all the hotel’s online platforms.
• Make the company newsletter as well as internal communications materials and keep available.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• To capture hotels photography and video as per business requirements.
