· Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles & also meet financial accounting objectives.
· Liasoning with Statutory / internal auditors for timely completion of audits, limited reviews, review & implementation of audit observations
· Provide recommendations
· Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions as per requirement.
· Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
· Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
· Management reporting, Assist the management in decision making process/ Business strategies involving financial implication.
Ø Project Finance & Banking:
· Fund Raising through Term Loans, Cash Credit Loans, Private Equity.
· Preparation of Financial Modelling, Project Reports for new projects & Expansions
· Manage all activities connected to funding tie-up & financial closure, up to disbursement.
· Liaison with regulatory authorities for sanctions & approval.
· Generation of CMA’s reports for cash credit limits (renewal & enhancements).
· Monitoring sanction & disbursement of Non-fund-based limits like LCs, BGs etc.
· Periodic reports for institutions, Bankers Ex
· Medium & Long-term loan operations, re-schedule plans & loan disbursements.
Ø Financial Accounting & Reporting:
· Consolidation of Group/Company Accounts & preparation of financial statements & annual reports.
· Compliance of the Accounting Standards applicable to Level-I companies & finalisation of accounts in accordance with Indian GAAP, US GAAP & IFRS.
· leadership in closure of month, quarter & year end accounting & limited reviews.
Ø Compliances:
· Compliance with respect to various laws governing the operations of the Entity RBI Regulations, companies Act, Income Tax, GST & TDS calculation
