Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Must have experience with Naukri.com portal
Sourcing resumes through various job portals, social media and contacts
Review and understand job requirements
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position
Must be well versed with end to end IT and all levels of recruitment process
Networking, build relationship with candidates, speak to them on regular basis
Sharing daily work status report
Candidate Profile:
Good written and verbal communication skill
Experience in Office automation tools (MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc)
Ability to build strong relationships
Self-confidence and self starter
