• Preparing MOM of the monthly review meeting and circulating to the department heads.
• Scheduling meeting with the departmental heads as and when required by the management.
• Organizing site visit.
• Ordering food for the guest and taking care of their logistics.
• Responsible for printing of business cards for new employees and maintaining a minimum stock
of stationeries for the monthly usage.
• Arrangement of new sim cards and data cards for the new joiners. Also responsible to scrutinize themobile and telephone bills and pay them on time.
• International travel arrangement- Itinerary approval, tickets, visa arrangement, Matrix sim card,
co-ordination for hotel booking, currency advance with due approval. Currencies surrender
after the travel.
• Domestic travel arrangement- Booking tickets, Air, Rail, Bus after approval.
• Vehicle arrangement for employees for local travel.
• Guest arrangement- Hotel booking, car arrangement for local travel, lunch arrangement,
• Conference room arrangement and domestic travel tickets if any as per their travel plan.
• Provide invitation letter to the foreign visitors as per their requirement.
• Responsible for all the canteen activities like coordinating with the caterer for daily food and
snacks arrangement of the employees, Menu finalizing, committee meeting, updating of
canteen notice board.
• Responsible for the pest control activities.
• Maintenance of company guest house, paying the rent, EB and maintenance charges on time.
• Scrutinize all the admin related bills and submit on time to finance.
• Co-ordination and arranging for any CSR activities with boss guidance
