Salary: Rs. 2.5 Lakh to Rs. 3.5 lakh per month

Responsible for overall SPV of the project, i.e. Planning, Organizing & Directing the EPC team, adhering to Contractual Obligations. And Look after Public Relation With Authority, Consultants And Local Public to get completed in Smooth manner. Reporting to the Clients and getting necessary approvals.

 Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.

 Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing civil projects within cost & time norms.

 Organizing project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking, Interaction with Consultant ,Client &PM(EPC)

 Holding architectural competitions, supervising and managing architects & other agencies involved in large scale projects; preparing & recommending procurement plans / bidding strategies to best suit project plan.

 Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

 Formulating & implementing stringent systems and quality plans / manuals to ensure high quality standards during all stages of project

 Leading a team of professionals; ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower (Designers & Engineers).

 Liaising with Architects & Contractors for fixing technical specifications and obtaining statutory clearances.

 Review of design and drawing i.e. structures & Plan and profile of Road.

 Review of Construction program me with respect to sectional tolling.

 Liaising with NHAI and IE for the achievement of COD.

 Preparation of punch list during C.O.D.

 Supervise remedial works during O & M stage and issue an O& M inspection report.

 Liaising with Lender’s Bankers for funding the project, Administration for land acquisition, Forest Department, Utility sifting–site clearance uprooting for highway projects

 Time to time verification of Critical activities & Constraints and its remedied.

 Pursuance for Applicable permits from Govt.dept.
