 Handling both Incoming and Outgoing calls from Customers

 Telephone service bookings

 Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable

 Ensure reception area is tidy

 Ensure pleasant music, videos, Ayurveda history is played inside center every time

 Checking towels cleanliness before giving to customers

 Assign Therapist to booked services depending on customer treatment

 Coordinate office activities.

 Contacting old customers for enquiry regarding their health status and recommend consultations and treatments and products to them

 Pre bookings and card holders service follow-ups

 To ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time

 To ensure the best Customer Care experience is given to all customers

 Ensure to maintain excellent quality of the calls

 Effective Coordinating across various teams for timely/quality delivery

 Ensure Increase in the customer flow

 Ensure Proper Documentations maintained (customer data, attendance, stock list, card holders list)

 Validating discounts coupons issued to customer

 Ensure Credits & Collections targets are achieved

 Maintain the relationship with customer to generate new business (feedback data, health quote, messages, wishes on occasions to be sent through mails and messages)

 Timely & accurate updating of daily stock, sales and customer report to management

 Build Customer Service Strategy & Way Forward

 Educating customers about services- regarding membership cards and there benefits

 Monitoring product display inside outlet

 Sale of products available

 End of the day petty cash and sales update

 Per day therapist service and no. of OTs done by each therapist record maintenance

 Swipe machine settlement check end of the day

 Update appointment calendars.
