Job Description:
Need to reach provided candidates data through calls and convince on UK and India Higher education admissions.
Student counselling & converted into admissions
Cold call people using a given database to enroll students.
Maintain and expand student database within your assigned territory
Develop a database of qualified leads through outbound calls to generate sales.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Excellent typing skills (min 20/90 wpm/accuracy) – will be required to type up a lot of information in short period of time.
Requirements
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/Inside sales/B2c
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection/ Objection handling
Handle Inbound Calls, make cold calls as per available query list and conduct regular follow-up to gather and successfully close leads.
Advise students on career choices, should be well versed in Local language, Fair and pleasant personality.
Should have good presentation and convincing skills.
