Minimum 1 year to 5years of experience working as US Technical Recruiter.
Expert in IT Recruitments & understanding technology stack.
Excellent communication and articulation skills.
Knowledge in Per Diem calculation, I-9 forms.
Expertise in US tax terms and visas ( w2,1099,C2C etc).
Experience in handling BFSI/Healthcare/telecom clients
Experience working with direct clients.
Must have Experience working in large scale environment for 1+ years ( preferably from a matrix organization).
Hands on sourcing and have good knowledge on IT recruitment.
Handled requirements for Application Development and R&D teams with exposure to hands on sourcing for skills such as C/C++ , Java, OS Internals ( Unix, Linux), File- systems , Protocols , IPC multithreading, socket programming, TCP/IP.
Exposure hiring in domains such as Storage, Networking, Database Internals , Virtualization, Systems , OS development etc. . .
Must have prior experience in working on different types of ATS like Diva and Bullhorn .
Must have worked in a high pressure/high octane environment that is focused on Business Priorities and Business enabling scenarios.
Must have excellent working experience in MS-Office suite of tools (Hands on experience in working on MS-Excel, MS-Power Point).
