9. Oversea Licencings, Renewals, , Statutory Compliance viiz/ Factory Act, Contract Labours, Periodical Returns & Records.
10. Oversee Time Office, Pay Roll processing, PF/ESI/PT Deductions and Payments
11. Implementation of performance based elevation, retention
12. Various HR Initiatives, Career planning, welfare & Socialisation etc leading to Best HR Practices.
