Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle client inquiries.
Record details of Inquiries, Interactions, Comments and Complaints.
Provide Prompt and Courteous Service to all clients.
Maintaining client profiles and follow-up with clients.
Ability to handle multiple calls during busy times in an efficient manner.
Identify and Resolve client queries and issues.
Meet the client’s need and provide absolute Client Satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience
