Job Title – Accounts Manager/SME Accounts

Experience – 3 years – 5 years

Salary – 3 lacs p.a – 5 lacs p.a + Incentives

Education –Graduate/PG

Process – International Accounts for Taxation

Males Preferred only

CA Final Eligible

Core Accounting – AR/AP/Reconcilation, General Ledger & Balance Sheets

Shift – Evening Shift (1 pm – 10 pm)

Communication – Excellent in English

Job Location – Jubilee Hills

Job Description:

• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable coding and entry.

• Correcting, monthly, and quarterly General Ledger entries.

• Recording of Assets, Leases, Loans, and Depreciation.

• Monthly and quarterly financial statements.

• Payroll Entry and maintenance.

• Use of Quick-books Online, bill.com and other supplemental accounting software.

• Analyze client bookkeeping data and resolve issues.

• Provide detailed analysis of Financial reports.

• Preparation of Profit and loss, Balance Sheet and cash flow Statements.

• Finalizing Books of Accounts.

• Liaising with Client & Internal teams to define as-is and to-be F&A business process and systems for a new Client & New business with Existing Clients.

• Support to manage project deadlines..

• Proactive facilitation of process improvement reviews for Clients & Captive

• Shared service as part of on-going exception management and continuous improvement activities.

• Develop and deliver process documentation, training content and support for accounting activities.

• Support Business Development/Sales as an F&A expert in qualifying Leads, interacting with Customers, negotiating SLAs & Closing Contracts. 

Functional Skills:

• Good Comm skills is Must and Convincing Abilities

• CA Final/Inter, MBA-Finance/M.com

• 3-5 years of Experience in Core Accounting

• Good Knowledge on Quick Books and MS Office

• Understanding of the key principles of Indian & US Accounting Standards.

• Must be Certified in both Basics and Advance QBO versions is an added advantage

• Experience in Team handling

• Performance Management

• Good Managerial, Operational and Organizational skills

• Willing to work under Business Pressure and in Night/Rotational shifts
